Az képzés alapvető célja, hogy hallgatóink a képzés során elsajátított tudást képesek legyenek saját munkájukban azonnal hasznosítani és a legújabb ismeretekkel a saját vállalati környezetüket a nemzetközi trendeknek megfelelően alakítani, s így hozzájárulni a végzett hallgatók karrier gyorsításához, azaz segíteni őket a vállalati vezetői pozícióba való előmenetelben.
A képzés során a hallgatók naprakész, rendszerezett gazdasági ismeretek elsajátításával képesek lesznek az üzleti világ mindennapi helyzeteit elemezni, azokra helyesen reagálni, valamint a belső és külső környezeti tényezők elemzésével globálisan is átlátni a vállalat és a kapcsolódó társasá gok gazdasági, pénzügyi, és termelési folyamatait.
A képzés kimenete
A program végén a hallgatók a Szent István Egyetem akkreditált MBA diplomáját kapják.
Az oklevelében szereplő szakirányú szakképzettség megnevezése:
- Közgazdász (egyetemi vagy főiskolai) szakképzettséggel rendelkezők részére
- szakközgazdász Executive MBA szakon
Nem közgazdasági (egyetemi vagy főiskolai) szakképzettséggel rendelkezők részére
- Executive MBA szakirányú menedzser
Executive MBA in English (WeSt MBA)
The WeSt MBA Program is based on the Webster MBA studies, which was developed by the two Universities. The two-year program provides the most up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge for those professionals who wish to complete an internationally recognized degree. Among the instructors there are top Webster University professors and well-known, leading professors of different Hungarian universities. In addition, internationally respected guest professors and practical experts are also invited regularly to keep lectures in their special fields. Both universities place an emphasis on offering their students a truly international experience combined with the most up-to-date training methodology, adjusted to market requirements. Students’ feedbacks from all over the world also may give efficient support to realize our concepts
The WeSt MBA program is composed of 14 subjects, with special attention given to teaching both theoretical and practical subjects, which leads to the development of management competence. One of the most important objectives of the program is that students should be able to utilize immediately all the knowledge they acquire through the course in their work. The classes are small (maximum 15 people) and thus students can expect more attention and closer tutoring from their instructors.
At the end of the program students will receive two separate degrees, an MBA degree of Webster University and an MBA degree of Szent István University.
